Additionally, the company forewarned that while My AI is intended to avoid biased, inaccurate, harmful, or misleading information, errors may still occur. According to Snap, please be aware that My AI, like other AI-enabled chatbots, can be tricked into speaking, and they also accept a sincere apology. The social network encourages users to offer input by pressing and holding any message it receives from My AI.
The Snap team has trained My AI to adhere to the company’s trust and safety guidelines, resulting in more restricted responses compared to the original OpenAI version. My AI is forbidden from providing responses that contain offensive language, violence, or expressing opinions on sensitive topics such as politics. Furthermore, it is not capable of writing complete academic essays, which has led to certain educational institutions prohibiting the use of ChatGPT.
