Motorola is gearing up for a replacement smartphone launch in India. The corporate recently took to twitter to tease the new Moto smartphone that’s arriving on August 27. Motorola has also published a teaser on Flipkart, hinting that the upcoming Motorola devices are going to be a Flipkart exclusive.
While Motorola have not revealed the name of the upcoming device, we should always get more information about the device soon, considering we are only a few of days faraway from the launch.
Both teaser videos emphasize performance and cameras on the upcoming Motorola device. Among the few aspects of the smartphone that Motorola have revealed were a fingerprint reader on the rear with the Motorola logo, a USB-C port, a fanatical Google Assistant button, and therefore the same button arrangement because the Motorola One Fusion+.
While there’s no confirmation about the device in question, we suspect it to be the Moto G9 Plus. The phone has also been teased on Flipkart with the phrase “something BIG is coming”, suggesting an enormous display, sizeable battery capacity, powerful Snapdragon chipset or multiple cameras.

Flipkart is additionally teasing the arrival of a replacement Motorola phone on its app, reconfirming availability of the device on the e-commerce platform. The teaser also reveals that the phone will launch on August 27, something that the Motorola tweet didn’t reveal. The phone’s outline suggests slim edges, with physical buttons on the proper side. Flipkart calls it a ‘BIG’ surprise, hinting at an outsized display size. So far, past reports have revealed that the Moto new phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 460 chipset. It’s 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The Moto E6 Plus’s successor is provided with a 5,000mAh battery and it’s loaded with Android 10 OS. The backside of the phone features a 48-megapixel dual-camera system which will offer users with night-sight mode for low-light photography.
